Columns:
- Date: datetime (15 min resolutuon)
- Values: mean energy consumption in the 15 minutes interval
- TimeSlot: time zone pricing description only for low voltage delivery (https://luce-gas.it/sites/luce-gas.it/files/2022-06/fasce-orarie-enel.jpg)
